STRENGTH Pilates
STRENGTH is a resistance-driven Pilates class designed to push your muscles to work harder in a controlled, mindful way. Using added load and deliberate pacing, this class builds lean muscle, core stability, and endurance, helping you feel stronger and more powerful both inside and outside the studio.
FLOW Pilates
FLOW is a dynamic, continuous style of Pilates that moves seamlessly from one exercise to the next. Blending classical Pilates foundations with modern techniques, this class builds strength, flexibility, and mobility while keeping you fully present in the movement. Expect a creative, energizing flow that challenges your body and clears your mind.
Restore & Mobility Pilates
Restore & Mobility is a slower, restorative class created to release tension, improve joint mobility, and support recovery. Through gentle Pilates-based movement, deep stretching, and mindful breathing, you’ll leave feeling more open, balanced, and deeply recharged.
